    While the world continues to quarantine in their homes, we continue to track the market so we’re ready to spring into action the moment we can. The real estate market is for the most part slow; however, new escrows and sold properties continue to occur throughout our marketplace. In fact, some of those new escrows are still at very large price points. While many think the real estate market will take a crash, I remain positive and hopeful that we will see very little change to “PC” (Pre-COVID 19) days.
    While it is still all too early to come to any conclusion, I’d say that I’m not alone in my thinking. As you know, real estate is based on supply and demand. We had very low supply “PC” (see graph below) and true Buyer demand remains strong – some just feel uneasy looking at homes right now. Unemployment will be the major factor in the recovery and we should have more data on that today. As long as we have lenders continuing to lend and making commitments to close, we shall prevail.
